What you get

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

Who rents this way

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

How a booking comes together

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

What we ask of drivers

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Ready when you are

Tell us your dates and where you want the car, and we will do the rest.
