Why this way of renting

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account.

From your dates to the handover

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What you need to rent

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
