When it makes sense

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

What makes this simple

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. The request is free, so you can ask without committing. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

Rules for renters

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Booking in plain terms

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
