The details that matter

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Requests are read in order and answered by a person. The request is free, so you can ask without committing.

Checking your details

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Request, offer, keys

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Send a request

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
