What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Questions are answered by people who know the cars. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar".

Driver requirements

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

From request to keys

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.
