Why rent with us in Patsy

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

Booking in plain terms

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Checking your details

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

Your move

Pick a car, send a request, and decide once you see the offer.
