Booking, step by step

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Who qualifies

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
