Common reasons to rent

Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then. People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice.

Before you rent

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

How it works

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
