Car Rental in Riverside: CarmaCars is a Toronto company, so here is what we can and cannot do. The details: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Every car on the site shows its own rates, deposit and kilometres included.

A Toronto company

CarmaCars is based in Toronto and has no location in Riverside. By straight line Riverside is about 1,637 km from our location in Toronto; by road it is farther, and beyond our 250 km delivery area.

Flying to Riverside from Toronto? We can meet you at Toronto Pearson with a car when you land back. Driving out of Ontario is possible only with our written consent, given before the trip. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Riverside if you like. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

Who rents this way

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. We answer questions before you book, not only after.

Getting around Riverside

Flying? Hattiesburg Municipal Airport is the nearest airport, about 12 km from Riverside.

Getting the car booked

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Before you rent

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
