Why this way of renting

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking.

The booking steps

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Checking your details

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
