Typical renters

Why a rental from us

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree.

Your booking, in three steps

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Licence, age and card

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
