Reasons people rent from us

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Requests are read in order and answered by a person. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online.

Who it is for

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

The rules, briefly

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

What happens when you ask for a car

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
