Common reasons to rent

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

Why a rental from us

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category. A request is free and commits you to nothing.

Before pickup

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

The booking steps

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
