Why this way of renting

Common reasons to rent

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

The rules, briefly

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

How booking works

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
