Car Rental in Saunders, explained

CarmaCars is a rental company in Toronto. For Saunders, our help starts there. One thing to know: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. You can compare rates car by car before you ask for anything.

A note on distance

There is no CarmaCars location in Saunders; everything we do starts in Toronto. With Saunders about 975 km from Toronto, it is outside the 250 km we cover.

For the days before or after a flight to Saunders, we can have a car for you in Toronto. Trips outside Ontario need our written consent. Mention the route in your request. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Who rents this way

Why people choose us

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

Renting: the basics

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

How booking works

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. You pay only once you approve the offer.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

One more step

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
