Why a rental from us

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup.

The steps

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Rules for renters

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
