Our reach

Flying to Schmidt Ranch from Toronto? We can meet you at Toronto Pearson with a car when you land back. A rental can leave Ontario only with our written consent, agreed before you go. If you still want to ask about Schmidt Ranch, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.

What you need to rent

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

Getting the car booked

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
