Car Rental in Scranton, NC

Renting a car around Scranton

Planning a trip between Toronto and Scranton? CarmaCars rents in Toronto, in Canadian dollars. What this means: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. You can compare rates car by car before you ask for anything.

Before you plan

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Scranton. Scranton lies about 949 km from our location in Toronto, well beyond our 250 km delivery area.

If your trip to Scranton starts in Toronto, a car from us can cover the Toronto part of it. Driving out of Ontario is possible only with our written consent, given before the trip. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.

Why people choose us

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. You can rent again later with the same account and details.

Common reasons to rent

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

Booking in plain terms

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

What we ask of drivers

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
