Cars for Seaside

Planning a trip between Toronto and Seaside? CarmaCars rents in Toronto, in Canadian dollars. How it works: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. All prices are before tax; the offer shows the total.

What CarmaCars covers

We are based in Toronto; Seaside is not somewhere we have a location. Seaside is about 3,662 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.

For the days before or after a flight to Seaside, we can have a car for you in Toronto. A rental can leave Ontario only with our written consent, agreed before you go. If you need a car in Seaside itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.

Typical renters

Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

What you get

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account.

Renting: the basics

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

From your dates to the handover

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Make a request

A request takes a few minutes and puts a real offer in front of you.
