What you get

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged. Requests are read in order and answered by a person.

Who rents from us

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

The rules, briefly

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

From request to keys

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
