The details that matter

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online.

Licence, age and card

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

Booking, step by step

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Your move

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
