Reasons people rent from us

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge.

Before pickup

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Booking with CarmaCars

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
