What makes this simple

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online.

Who it is for

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own.

Your booking, in three steps

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Rules for renters

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

When you know your dates

Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.
