What makes this simple

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account.

When it makes sense

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

Who can rent

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

What happens when you ask for a car

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
