Common reasons to rent

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

What makes this simple

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions.

Driver basics

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

The steps

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

Send a request

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
