Car Rental in Starr, FL

Renting in Starr

This page is for Starr, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. For this kind of rental: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Our team reads every request; there is no automatic booking.

Toronto based

We are based in Toronto; Starr is not somewhere we have a location. Starr lies about 1,522 km from central Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 80 km.

Visiting Toronto from Starr? We can meet you with a car when you arrive. Because Starr is outside Ontario, the trip needs our written consent first. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Starr if you like. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.

Good fits

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

Why this way of renting

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. You can rent again later with the same account and details.

Your booking, in three steps

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

The rules, briefly

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
