Car Rental in Starr, UT

Your car in Starr

Car Rental in Starr: CarmaCars is a Toronto company, so here is what we can and cannot do. Here is the short version: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. There is no instant booking: every request is read by a person.

Where CarmaCars works

There is no CarmaCars location in Starr; everything we do starts in Toronto. Our deliveries stop at about 250 km from Toronto; Starr is roughly 2,717 km away.

For Starr itself, look for a local rental company; for the Toronto end of the trip, we can help. Trips outside Ontario need our written consent. Mention the route in your request. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Starr if you like. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Why this way of renting

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. A request is free and commits you to nothing. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

Typical renters

Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

Request, offer, keys

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

The rules, briefly

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

Over to you

When you have your dates, send a request. It is free, and the offer shows the full price.
