Why rent with us in Stonegate

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. A request is free and commits you to nothing. We answer questions before you book, not only after.

Checking your details

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Requesting a car

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
