Strom: renting made simple

Planning a trip between Toronto and Strom? CarmaCars rents in Toronto, in Canadian dollars. Good to know: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. The cars below are our own listings, each with photos of that car.

Distance, honestly

CarmaCars is not in Strom. Our one location is in Toronto. The distance is about 676 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 250 km.

What we can do: rent you a car in Toronto for the trip, with the kilometres you need. Crossing the border with a rental from us needs our written consent before the trip. A request about Strom gets an honest answer from a person. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Typical renters

Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

Why this way of renting

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too.

Getting around Strom

Parr, Hipes and Haden are the neighbouring places on our list.

About 41 km from Strom is Roanoke Regional Airport-Woodrum Field (ROA).

What we ask of drivers

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

How booking works

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

When you know your dates

Choose a car above and send a request. A person replies with an offer, and you pay only if you approve it.
