When it makes sense

Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

Why a rental from us

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online.

Booking with CarmaCars

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

What we check

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
