Why CarmaCars

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions. One small team handles your request from start to finish.

What we check

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

The booking steps

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
