The useful parts

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar".

Good fits

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice.

Your booking, in three steps

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

What to have ready

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
