Driver basics

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

What happens when you ask for a car

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
