The details that matter

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge. The request is free, so you can ask without committing.

Driver requirements

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

Requesting a car

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
