What you get

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

Renting: the basics

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Request, offer, keys

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
