Common reasons to rent

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

Who qualifies

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

From request to keys

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.
