Turo Alternative in Haystack, CA

Turo Alternative in Haystack

Turo Alternative in Haystack: CarmaCars is a Toronto company, so here is what we can and cannot do. The details: Rent from CarmaCars directly: one company handles the car, the rental agreement, the deposit and support from the request to the return. Send a request with no payment, and pay only once we confirm the car and the full price. Turo is named only to describe what you compared; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by Turo. The cars below are our own listings, each with photos of that car.

Before you plan

We are based in Toronto; Haystack is not somewhere we have a location. We cover about 250 km around Toronto; at about 3,647 km, Haystack is outside that.

Back from Haystack and landing at Toronto Pearson? We can meet you there with a car. A border crossing needs our written consent in advance; ask in your request. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Know the area

The pages for Petaluma, Lakeville and Penngrove cover the areas next door.

About 24 km from Haystack is San Rafael Airport (SRF).

Common reasons to rent

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

Why CarmaCars

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You can rent again later with the same account and details. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time.

How renting with us works

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. You pay only once you approve the offer.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What we ask of drivers

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Your move

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
