Our area, and Mapleton

What is different here

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. You can rent again later with the same account and details.

Typical renters

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

What to bring

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

From request to keys

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
