What happens when you ask for a car

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

The rules, briefly

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.

When you know your dates

The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
