Requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Requesting a car

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

One more step

Look through the cars, choose one, and send a request when it suits you.
