Reasons people rent from us

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

Who this suits

Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

What we ask of drivers

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Booking, step by step

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.
