What you get

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Requests are read in order and answered by a person. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category.

Who qualifies

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

Request, offer, keys

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
