Car Rental in Union, CT

Getting a car in Union

CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area. This page explains what that means if you need a rental car in Union. Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Requests are answered by a person, by email and in your account.

What we cover

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Union. From our location in Toronto, Union is about 612 km away in a straight line; we deliver within about 250 km.

What we can do: rent you a car in Toronto for the trip, with the kilometres you need. A rental can leave Ontario only with our written consent, agreed before you go. Need something in Union? Send a request and a person replies with an honest answer. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.

Why this works

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You can rent again later with the same account and details. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

Who it is for

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice.

How it works

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

What to bring

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
