Our area, and Upper Fivemile

Our only location is in Toronto; Upper Fivemile is outside the area we serve. At about 646 km from our location in Toronto, Upper Fivemile is past the 250 km our delivery covers.

If you are travelling from Toronto, rent with us before you leave and drive the car there. Our cars can leave Ontario only with written consent from us, arranged before the trip. Send a request about Upper Fivemile, and we reply with a clear yes or no. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.

Who this suits

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

What you get

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You can rent again later with the same account and details. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account.

Driver requirements

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

How a booking comes together

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
