Common reasons to rent

Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

Why rent with us in Walker

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. One small team handles your request from start to finish. Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

Rules for renters

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

What to expect when you book

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
