Worth knowing

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

The steps

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

What we ask of drivers

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
