Why a rental from us

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Questions are answered by people who know the cars. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

What to expect when you book

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Driver requirements

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
