Worth knowing

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

Common reasons to rent

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

How to book

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Before you rent

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

One more step

Not sure which car? Describe the trip in your request and we will suggest one.
