What makes this simple

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. You can rent again later with the same account and details.

Booking in plain terms

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Who qualifies

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
