Why this works

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. One small team handles your request from start to finish.

Who rents this way

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

What we check

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

How booking works

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
